Summer Program

ACA’s summer program is a fun and safe way for kids to spend their summer while still integrating God into all we do. The program will run for 9 weeks. Here is the information:

❖  Cost –

  • $125 per week — Once signed up, families are obligated for the entire summer, even during absences such as vacations, illnesses, etc. Payment will be through FACTS and will be billed monthly.
  • Activity fee cost – $50 for pre-k or $100 for K-6 — This is a one-time fee that secures your spot in the program. It is non-refundable and due at registration.
  • Regular school policies apply to the full-time summer program.

❖  Summer Program runs Monday – Friday from the first week of June through the first week of August (closed for July 4th).

❖  Available for Pre-K 3 – 6th graders (completed grade). For the Pre-K class, your child must have turned 3 by September 1st of the previous year.

❖  Weekly field trips with transportation provided (K-6 only).

❖  Students will have daily Bible lessons, educational center time, and outside play.

❖  Doors open at 7:45 am and pick-up is no later than 5:15 pm (formal activities begin at 9:00 am).

❖  Parents will need to send a snack and lunch daily, along with a water bottle (pizza and chicken nuggets may be available once a week).

❖  The program will be held in our air-conditioned gym as well as Pre-K classes in the main building.
