Dear Families –
We are so excited about the opportunity to work with your children this summer! This program will be a fun and safe way for kids to spend their summer while still integrating God into all we do. The program will run for 9 weeks. Here is the information:
❖ Cost –
- ➢ $125 per week — Once signed up, families are obligated for the whole summer , even during absences such as vacations, illnesses, etc. Payment will be through FACTS and will be billed monthly unless you make other arrangements with Mrs. Meri Kayla Baker (New families: you will be given instructions on how to set up a FACTS account.)
- ➢ Activity fee cost – $50 for pre-k or $100 for K-6 — This is a one-time fee that secures your spot in the program. It is non-refundable and due at sign-up.
- ➢ Regular school policies apply to full-time summer programs.
❖ Program will run Monday through Friday from June 3-August 2 (closed for July 4th).
❖ Available for grades pre-k 3’s – 6th grade (completed grade). For the pre-k class, your child must have turned 3 by September 1, 2018.
❖ Weekly field trips with transportation provided (K-6 only, more info to come).
❖ Daily Bible lessons, along with educational center time and outside play.
❖ Opens at 7:15 am and closes at 5:15 pm (formal activities begin at 9:00).
❖ Parents will need to send a snack and lunch daily, along with a water bottle (pizza and chicken nuggets will be available once a week).
❖ The program will be held in our gym (which is air-conditioned) as well as pre-k classes in the main building.
