Lunch Information
ACA does not offer a full-service cafeteria, so students should bring a packed lunch from home each day. As a convenience, we offer optional lunch ordering on Mondays (Pizza Hut) and Wednesdays and Fridays (Chick-fil-A), with charges billed monthly through your family’s FACTS account.
Tutoring Support
If you find your child needs extra help, one-on-one tutoring is available for most subjects. The cost is $30 per hour.

Communication
Class Updates
Each teacher uses their own app, like Seesaw or Rooms. Your student’s teachers will inform you of the best ways to stay connected with them regarding classroom updates.
Emergency Notifications
We use a parent alert text system through FACTS. Make sure your contact information is up to date on your portal.
Renweb Access Information
District Code: ALT-OK
Create Login
- Go to RenWeb Parent Portal (link above)
- Enter the District ID code: ALT-OK
- Username: Enter the valid email address that you have been using for the application process.
- Select “Create New ParentsWeb Account”: If your email address matches the email address in the RenWeb database, a password will be emailed to you at that address. This password may be changed after you log in for the first time. If your email address does not match, please contact ACA at 580-477-2511.
- You will receive the following email from RenWeb & will need to click on the link at the bottom of the email to create a password: This email is in response to your request to create an account for RenWeb’s ParentsWeb. Please click the link below to create your username and password. The link below will remain active for 6 hours. If you did not make this request, please contact your RenWeb school administrator. Once you click the link below, you will have 6 hours to create your login credentials. Click to create your ParentsWeb login
- Once you have entered a valid password at the link (6 letters and one number) you will receive the following message: User Name/Password successfully updated.
- Return to RenWeb Parent Portal. Enter the District ID code: ALT-OK. Enter Username and Password.
VIEW YOUR CHILD’S GRADES
- Click the Family Portal Link above.
- Your username will be the email address used on your child’s application. If you need help, Mrs. Baker in the front office can look it up for you.
- The password will be the one you used during your initial application.
- To reset your password, click on “reset password” and follow the instructions sent via email. Be sure to check your spam folder.
- Make sure that “Parent” is selected under the password box.
- Once logged in, you will be directed to the home page. On the left-hand side, select “Student”.
- Under student, select “Grades”.
- If you have multiple children, in the left-hand corner of the grades screen, you will find a menu to select which student you would like to view.
UPDATE YOUR FORMS
Parents may update family forms, including demographics, medical information, emergency contacts, and transportation, by clicking the Family Information page. Simply click on the Legacy Family Demographic Form listed in the Online Filing Cabinet in the lower left-hand corner of the screen.
ACCESS THE FAMILY DIRECTORY
Log in to your Parent Portal and click on School Information. Under School Information, click on Directory.
